• Increased bookings

You acknowledge and accept that no promises of results are being made.

Service Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in service descriptions, availability, and pricing. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

Payment

• Any payment method supported by Wix or our booking processor

 

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all booked services.

 

Refunds

All coaching sessions, coaching packages, and workshops are non-refundable.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

For Coaching & Workshops

Coaching Sessions

• Sessions are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule once if done at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours or failing to attend counts as a missed session and is forfeited.

Coaching Packages

• Packages are non-refundable.

• Sessions must be used within the timeline stated at purchase.

• Missed or expired sessions cannot be refunded or extended.

Workshops

• Workshop registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise noted on the event page.

• If Bee Roll Productions LLC cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued.
